Reminders & Rules

1.

A photograph of applicants is to be attached with each membership application.

2.

Members are very proud of our Club property and we intend to continue improvements. Any member caught defacing or abusing club property is subject to expulsion.

3.

Each member is required to perform a (4) hour work detail each year and arrangements should be made with the Steward. People over the age of 65 are excluded, however those wanting to offer their services will be utilized.

4.

Mooring permits are the responsibility of boat owners. Applications can be obtained from the Club Steward.

5.

If a member is caught tampering with Club Mail, they will face expulsion from the Club.

6.

A member can no longer get credit for their four-hour work detail by working a meat raffle.

7.

All boats should be removed from the club property by June 1st. Failure will result in a $10/day FINE.

8.

NO boats are to be kept under the hoist overnight.

9.

All members are responsible for their guests.

10.

Anyone caught tampering with smoke detectors or Thermostats on premise will be brought before the board for disciplinary action.

11.

NO Batteries or Gasoline are to be stored in any Part of the Annex or the Main Building.

12.

Absolutely NO motor vehicles shall be parked on club property unless engaged in club business. Also NO Parking in DriveWay.

13.

All MONEYS DUE the CLUB must be PAID by the annual April body meeting in order to avoid being suspended & paying a reinstatement fee. [See Art. XVII, Par. 4]

14.

As of July 9, 1997 there will be a $25 fine for tying up the wheels for an excessive amount of time.

15.

As of July 9, 1997 Any Member caught using, possessing or selling illegal drugs on or about club property or caught bringing illegal drugs on to the club property will be brought before the board for permanent expulsion from the club.

16.

As of January 7, 1998 There will be an $25 Administrative Fee Imposed on any Bounced Checks to the Club.

17.

As of October 7, 1998 Any Boats or Objects with Sea Growth Must be Cleaned prior to Storage on the Property
